Just when you have the feeling that the PCC is at an arm's reach, the govt lets it slip by. However Congress has passed the spending budget so it should it be a matter of hours or a day, I guess.

I got my PCCs too! They got delivered on Feb 8th at 10AM and I got my PCCs at 12.30 today Feb 9).
Awesome. Mine was delivered 1:30pm yesterday. So eyes on my inbox.
mine got delivered on 7th, no word yet. Anyone else whose packet got delivered 7th or earlier waiting for a response?
