Express Entry/ Student Visa

Hello, Myself and my spouse both have our Express Entry profiles but due to low score we haven't reached to the pool yet. I wonder if we can apply for Student Visa in case we get an invite from any university for further studies. We are confused because we already have EE profiles. Do we have to cancel our profile for EE before applying to universities or for student visa?
Secondly, my spouse's masters degree was not validated by WES, so, can he apply for Masters in canada or since he has masters from India, he can go for further higher studies? WES validation is applicable for student visa too or only for work?

No. Your EE profiles are unrelated to any other potential or ongoing visa applications. An EE profile is not an application even if you had an actual EE PR application in the pipeline, your student visa application would still remain unaffected.
