If you haven't traveled to UK after the issuing date of your UK PCC then it is valid indefinitely. You can use it.

Hope it helps, Good Luck!

I agree with you and have not traveled to UK after the PCC date but the problem is that I had sent the original PCC I had received back in 2014 to CIC for FSW. Now I don't have the PCC with me but they should have that in my profile I submitted in 2014. So my question should I get a new UK PCC as I dont have a copy with me or will they be able to utilize the old PCC I had sent them earlier. I have mentioned my old UCI number in the EE profile.

Only CIC would be able to answer this question. On a safer side, it's better to obtain a new PCC as there's no point in risking at this point of time.

Hope there is a change in this fixed ita strategy.
If they would increase it to 3200 atleast.
Maybe they are sure of getting their targeted immigrants by this strategy:(
But each draw is a disappointment and heartbreaking experience.
Hope Cic would rethink on its strategy
yeah, the number of ITAs issued have steadily fallen since July and are now locked in (sort of). However, I don't think two draws a month will suffice over 12 months if the number remains at 2750. Either more draws in a month or more ITAs - I suspect it will be the latter.

People waiting on CRS range from 435-442, lets assume the cutoff for the next 3 months considering 2750 itas and biweekly draws.
This is just an assumption but really hope CIC wont at least do anything worse than this as this is the distance draw cutoff can go in the worst situation.

We are considering the worst case scenario here so lets say we wont say any draw today & will have the next draw on 7th February.

83rd Draw- 7th of February- cutoff- 442

84th Draw- 21st of February- cutoff- 441

85th Draw- 7th of March- cutoff- 439

86th Draw- 21st of March- cutoff- 437

87th Draw- 4th of April- cutoff- 435

88th Draw- 18th of April- cutoff- 434

My view is it is not CIC that is playing spoilsport. They have been consistent in their approach. The high scores are maintained simply because of more candidates are in the fray now with higher points. ITAs really depends on the influx of people to the pool

Yes it's very true. People rushing to the pool have increased from previous years and hence the cutoff still remains high.

It's not about playing spoilsport but rather what is killing us every fortnight is that after a long 2 weeks waiting we are stick to that heart breaking number, 2750. Moreover, we saw 3 draws in January during the last 2 years so if we don't see 3 draws this year too, believe me it ll bring huge chaos among the applicants sitting on 430's even.

Yes, competition is on the rise this year but if we can see similar approach of cic in terms of drawing size and duration as like the previous years , undoubtedly we wouldnt have had so much sadness among the applicants.

why are you so positive about not having any draw tomorrow? I guess this is a thread called " Ray of hope" not "Ray of disappointment" , lol
Because accept the fact

I think that the draw size will increase after the 1st Quarter as there must be a %age of declined / rejected ITAs by applicants. Furthermore, they will also get a better picture of last year's PPR holders completing their landing procedures this year.

This will give CIC a clearer picture of their quotas this year and lets assume that the %age of people landing / accepting ITAs is not as per their assumption then we can expect an increase in number of ITAs and drop in CRS score.

There may be many applicants who are in the pool but may not be able to gather all documents within the prescribed time plus many will also get rejections from CIC based on their incomplete AOR submission.

Keeping the above in view, I assume that it's better to wait until the end of March'18 and then see the trend.

Dear Forum Members,
I know I'm asking in the wrong thread but please help me out as I'm not finding answers on other threads.

Dear Forum members,
My question is simple yet I haven't been able to find anyone with my situation to get a satisfactory answer.

I currently have a joint account with my spouse which has more than 2 times the minimum required funds for 3 members. The joint account has me and the principal account holder while my wife is the second/joint account holder. I also have another account in my sole name which I can bring upto 12k CAD in 2 months (salary).

I currently am planning to apply for EE as a single applicant. My wife will not be accompanying me. Here's my question:

I can show my single account balance, however I'm not sure how much it's 6 month average would come to. So I'm not taking any chance and planning to include my joint account with spouse as well.

Would CIC accept joint account balance with my wife even if she's not accompanying me? Any help/quotes/advice would be appreciated.
