I have a query regarding the funds
My scenario.
I have an amount X in bankacc a which is on my name for 6 months.I am the primary applicant. I opened the joined account with my spouse in bank B and I transferred the same amount to our joint account 2 month back. So my amount X is in bank A for 6 months and in bank B for like 3 months now.
The remain amount will be transferred to bank B as a gift deed.
My question is will this be accepted
1)if I get a letter from both the banks telli g the amount and number of months it was in the respective account
2)is it compulsory that the amount should be in joint account for 6 months.!?

Thanks

Hi. Congrats to the ones who received or expect to receive the ita. I have a question. I received the ita today. But I have a birthday coming in 2 weeks, and that can decrease my crs to 442. Will this affect my ita, will it be rejected if i submit after my birthday.

If it is not already clear by now, you can read the ITA document. It clearly mentions this:

"
NOTE:
If you had a birthday since we sent you this invitation, and the change to your age decreases your points
total, this will not cause us to refuse your application for permanent residence.
"

Guys I am waiting for a reply.

Hi I'm not sure about POF joint account case
Better you can post this Question in the new thread so that your query can be answered quicker

Hey @abhishek_89, I have called ONIP again in the morning and told the rep that my score was in range of NOI issued, but when i am applying as accompanying spouse now it is 420s he said that will be alright

That's great news.

I guess others in the same situation now know what to do!

I believe you can show both the bank statements and explain with an LoE. Source of funds is the key here if the 6 months average balance is not meeting PoF requirement.

Hi guys,
I entered the pool July 2018 and have a score of 438.
with today's draw I am only hoping to get the invitation.
However, my question is regarding the tie break rule.
IRCC applied its tie-break rule in the January 30 draw. The time stamp used was April 26, 2018, at 05:00:46 UTC. This means that all candidates with a CRS score above 438, as well as those candidates with scores of 438 who entered their profile in the Express Entry pool before the selected date and time, received an ITA in this invitation round.
what are the possibilities of my getting an invitation?

Abhishek, did you get ITA in this draw? You were at 438 right?

I am already a PR. I guess you mistook me for someone else.
