Hi,

I have applied for my wife and it has been about 7 months. My wife is planning to go for Umrah so I wanted to ask if I have to inform the London office or are there any forms I need to fill out. She is going for 10-15 days. I haven't found any information on the Help center.

No, you don't need to inform CIC for out of country trips. If you guys are performing Umrah together, then once you're back, then you can update CIC with photos, exit/entry stamps etc. But for the solo Umrah trip, no advance notification is required.

It would be great but i am way too busy in my projects finalization, that now a days i am only coming to see posts.
May be i can help after 10 of february, when i will leave for Pakistan. Hopefully i will be having plenty of time to keep the thread updated.

Yes, many members already pointed out this issue.
If you see any button activated over there and asking for some document then this mean it is not related to your Request of GCMS, if it is only a status change then it is surely a glitch , identified previously. so no need to worry.
Also when CIC ask for any document, they also send a message in the GCKey.

If you see any button activated over there and asking for some document then this mean it is not related to your Request of GCMS, if it is only a status change then it is surely a glitch , identified previously. so no need to worry.
Also when CIC ask for any document, they also send a message in the GCKey.

amna .. technically they should have touched your file by now, so go ahead .. they should have sent me a decision back in Dec as everyone else who applied in May were receiving PPR requests and I didn't .. so I applied .. there is no harm in applyin ..

Not worry but takes time and important steps are First Eligibility which you can get Passed with as much evidence and pictures and bills as you can even if they not ask to avoid any interview and Background which takes most of the time to help get police certificate from all places you have been to even if under 6 months but longer than 3 months also fill and send all kind of forms where asked from others in advance such as Travel History Form which might shorten the process inshallah.

i don;t see any button and LVO should send me an email about the required documents. i believe this is the same glitch everyone talk about after ordering the notes.
