How long does it take on an average for application to jump from "In process" to next stage. And what is the next stage ?
when the app is in process, you get test invite! the avg time depends on the location of the applicant - it would be easier for you to look at the tracker and all the amazing things @rajmalhotra7 and others have done!

It will vary depending on your processing center and the individual details of your file; background checks, traffic checks, etc. Have a look at the October spreadsheet for a better estimation and you can try and search for people in your processing area for an idea. Seems to average anywhere from 1 week to 6 weeks or more, but as I said, it will depend mostly on the details of your own application. Next stage might be a request for more documentation or a test invite.
