IRCC looks for Traffic Tickets too??

Sorry sorry! Criminal checks, not traffic, only had to worry about stupid traffic checks for PR. I believe if a traffic offense is sentenced it might affect, like a DUI or something, but I believe in those cases it shows up on criminal check anyways. That part specifically though, I don't know the details of.

I started worrying now , as per Nov XLS 70% guys already received AOR .
My application received on 20th Nov , still waiting AOR :(

Honestly, it's too early to start worrying. There are still a bunch of people from October waiting for theirs, some Nov applicants are up over the 60 day mark for those, there is a delay but it's nothing to worry about. If you haven't received your application back in your mailbox just wait it out and it will come through eventually. If you get to perhaps 3 months and haven't heard so much as a peep (and your eCas status is still unavailable) then it may be worth putting in an inquiry. There is a whole thread right now about people re-applying. I can't see this helping themselves or anyone else. If I was a CIC officer already under in intense crush of applications, I'd be pretty pissed to start seeing those same applications on my desk out of pure impatience.

I know it's easy to say, but I don't think you should worry just yet. If you look at the october tab, following are just 3 samples of applicats from October who just got AOR this week. One of them is an Oct 13 applicant.

I like to think knowledge is a curse. Just think, if you didn't know about this forum and the process you wouldn't even be anticipating these kinds of communications from CIC, it would just be a pleasant surprise one day to be like 'Oh my, they have received my application' or check the mail and 'Oh my, I have an interview to attend'. I have an American friend who applied mid-last year and had no idea about any of it, not even eCas. She just got one email then all of a sudden got test invite and oath ceremony in the mail etc. The forum is both a blessing and a curse and I like to take it all with a grain of salt. As long as my application is complete within the CIC advertised time of 1 year, I'll be happy.

Guys the sheet looks healthy, just keep it updated - I feel there are many who must have not checked their status which must have changed to in process from AOR. Good luck!

i have a question what if a person is on business trip to india will the days be counted as his physical presence in canada
No, they cannot be counted. Only days outside Canada served as a Crown servant or as a spouse of a Crown servant posted outside Canada count towards the physical presence.
