Restoration of Status With New PP

Hello my work permit expired and also my pp

I got my pp renewed while in canada

I am now applying to restore my status and work permit

I am doing it online should I attach proof of entry into canada stamp from my old passport ? I am going to attach bio-data of my new pp, blank page of my new pp, and proof of entry and me visa from my old passport

does anyone have experience with restoring or extending status with a different passport than you entered canada on?

Also for the form should I check both "extension of status" and "restoration of status" ?

status expired on November 1 as did my passport

For restoration should I include bio-data of old passport as well as bio-data of new passport plus the entry stamp from old passport?

OR just new bio-data plus entry stamp and me visa ? Please let me know

Are you sure? I am doing it online and would I be under any trouble for not having a passport in Canada for about two months? I only recently got my new PP and so am restoring my status but my pp which I entered Canada on expired Nov 1
