Can i upload supporting documents in online application ?

Hi,
I have a query, which way is more better online application or through VFS ?

and when we submit online application will they ask me for biometric fee after checking my eligibility ?

and how can i upload my supporting extra documents like my ties document, property documents etc ?

IMO online is better and convenient, like you can compile all docs in one pdf file and upload it.. with forms
Secondly once u upload forms and supporting documents file you pay fees after 24 to 48 hours you get application number and after that biometric request letter for that you have to visit nearest vfs and give biometric and picture
Once your application will be approved you will be asked to submit your passport to vfs with the desired charges ...

Dear you can make one pdf file in which you can add bank statement other means of support and property docs

The idea is that these kind of docs are a proof of ties with home country, meaning the person/persons will return back. I have even uploaded in same pdf file, as the first page, an explanation of the above docs in this section.

Does the forms like the family information needs to be signed by hand? Or it can be signed electronically once you submit?

I have signed IMM5645E (family information), IMM5713E, IMM5475E by hand, then uploaded the scanned copy. (But as you said, you can sign everything electronically once you submit, so maybe there is no need to sign these forms by hand)

IMM5257E should be signed/validated within your pdf reader, not by hand. (If I remember correctly you should create a simple electronic signature beforehand)

That's great because its such a hassle for my parents to have someone help them print, sign and email back to me. But anyways the family information you've listed is different than what I have like:

1. IMM564E - Family Information Form. I've filled out IMM5707E which is the 2014 version. Maybe its because of our different visa offices .
