Did you live together with your bf for 12 months BEFORE you submitted your application?
Yes. And now we are in sponsership can he also apply for more then one like work permit to as well ?
He applied to be sponsored by you to become a PR. Once this application is approved, he will become a PR.
There is NO 2 steps to first applying for sponsorship and then applying for PR.
So was the application done in land or out land.

He has applied for PR - through sponsorship by you.
Again, did you apply inland or outland? There are two ways you can sponsor him: inland and outland. Which one did you use?

Then why are you saying he hasn't applied for PR yet??
An INLAND application means you've applied for his PR.
