can some body reply me,i am canadian citizen ,and i been living since2000.i married a canadian woman in canada 2005.in 2008 when i went back home my family foce me to get married and i did,because i had no choice ,but soon after week i left her there .after i came to canada i devoce her.But now after 11 year i find out i had a son from her and she got sick .she does not want to keep him .she said i am his father and guardian.now my quastion is can i sponser my son ?and what i spose to do how can i sponser him plzzzzz reply

Depending on how you became a Canadian citizen, the child may already be entitled to citizenship as well. It's quite possible that a DNA confirmation of biological parentage will be required.

Canada would not recognize your 2nd marriage since you were already married. Actually your 2nd marriage would only be recognized in countries where having 2 wives is legal since you were already married in Canada. First thing you should do is a DNA test. You will asked to do one if you sponsor your child so you might want to wait to do one.

That marriage is not recognized in Canada, so you cannot state you are married.
