There are many applications under 400 at assessment stage as well.
There isn't any pattern for who's getting picked from the queue or not.
It's just random. We can't do much for now but be patient.

July 11: received NOI
July 25: Missed OINP registration by 1 day!
July 25-November 2: anxiously waited for OINP to reopen. Hit OINP updates page at least 10 times a day.
November 2: OINP reopened, registered
November 3: submitted application
November 27: Assessment
November 30: DIP
December 19: Nominated
My entry is also in the tracker (make sure you all update your entries in the tracker regularly, too!)

Back to reality: such speedy processing is only possible if you're a trump refugee. If you come from another country don't count on that. I submitted mine only 4 days later, assessment day is the same as our friend's below and... still in assessment.

in the last page ie submit page .
it is request me to enter the Billing address details. I am confused which address i should enter ( since it says province as Ontario)

The status is still in submitted status. Do any one knows how long will it take for application to be procc

Congrats!!! So they still accept people with NOI below 400 for ICT NOC?? I thought it was already filled last July 2017..
