My CRS score was 464 and I just got ITA in Dec 6 draw. I have a lot of doubts on how to proceed with my work experience representation. Here are the details:
My CRS score was 464 and I just got ITA in Dec 6 draw. I have a lot of doubts on how to proceed with my work experience representation. Here are the details:
- Got and started when I was in the final year of my Masters (3-4 months were still pending). But my college allowed as it was a job in my field (not IT).
- Now here, there was a new type of role which came up in this pharma company (let's call them A). I was interviewed and selected, but I was kept on payroll of a third party company (let's call them B), where my designation was just "Associate- Staffing" indicating that I was part of their staffing team which was working client side (in A's office). Want to mention that I did have a designation at client side as well which actually matches with my job profile and work.
- Now the designation "Associate- Staffing" doesn't tell anything about my actually work which was creating scientific deliverables (slide decks etc). I did not get a JD from either company and I never asked for it as I was a fresher and didn't know it's importance.
- In my pre-ITA application, I have entered details as "Associate- Staffing" and date of joining as when I joined this 3rd party company as they were actually my payroll.
- Question 1: The problem is how do I provide the experience proof? Whom should I ask? If I go to A (client), they will say we can't give you JD/ experience letter as we didn't hire you in technical terms. Company B (3rd party) will say we just hired you as "Associate-Staffing" and you were just needed to do what the client (A) asks.
- Question 2: I entered by NOC (5121) based on the work I did at A and my designation at A. I don't even know what my NOC would be based on my job title in my payroll company. Do I need to change my NOC? Can I even change my NOC after ITA?
- Question 3: Will a LOE be sufficient in my situation? If yes, how should I try to explain things? I do not have JD from either companies. I just have the offer letter and relieving letter from B which says my designation as Associate-Staffing.
