The same email they use to confirm they got the request. I ordered my notes November 17 and got them today! Quite a bit early

19 days total. Expected them to be late.

None. But not surprised. I only ordered this set because I never got an email receipt acknowledging a set I orderdered end of October. Ended up getting both. Only 4 days difference.

Ordered this set incase my previous order was not received.

Not according to notes. Submitted a cse and I got response saying everything is in perfect order. I was put into OB570 stream so they figure we are low risk I guess


Hoping it is started and just not updated.

I have ordered too on 17 but got nothing yet . CSE said that your application looks all good and in order will contact you when decision is made or need additional documents

Exact same as what mine said. Just a generic response. I asked for a status update and that’s what they send me

CSE's official policy is that they will only give you an update if you have exceeded the standard processing time of 12 months

I exceeded the 12 months still get nothing just rest assured and we do our best to finalize the application as late as possible as we should drink coffee and relax . The only thing after 12 months they can’t say not contact us but they will give you generic response until you send nothing more

If you've exceeded 12 months by today it means you would have had to apply under the old process which had longer processing times and the 12m timeline was not applicable

thats frustrating! hoping for more movement with this set -- hoping to get them before baby is born, if not ive got some reading material for feeding times!!!
