This matches with my list exactly.

I had an query after discussion with few people.

First para mentioned cleaning is top priority and taken care by staff. However, they do take into account considerations from people on different sections. So this seems it shouldn’t be true as it never mentions cleaning tips from customer. It should be not given.

I have also marked true but now somehow feel it was a trap.

What i know about T/F/NG question is , if the information is not given clearly in the text to be True of False , then it should be No Given.

I got confused in d exam hall I just wrote person as my answer
