Dumating sa CPC-M ang app namin NOV 20, 2017 delivered thru DHL, waiting kami sa AOR...
Ngayon si Sponsor naaksidente natumba nagkasugat sa noo, dinala sa hospital diagnosed Dementia/Alzhemeir's sya, pina stay sa Clinic na malapit sa lugar nya until nilipat nila sya sa home care facility. Pano na ang application namin nyan? Marapat ba na i-inform ko ang CIC sa condition ni sponsor or lalong complicated kase isipin nila pano na ako na Applicant maasikaso ni Sponsor pg ganun sya... Please help advice naman po....

Hello Everyone,

I am a Canadian national. My wife and I have had a horrible experience with immigration.

We submitted our application March 17th, 2017. Everything was a disaster and delayed from there, full of technical errors.

We were unable to link our application online due to technical errors with the system (still unable to and have had no help from the CIC, despite many communications).

My sponsorship was approved very quickly and the papers were transferred to Manila within weeks of applying.

Now here we are, still waiting, while I see others who submitted well after us have already been approved. This is very discouraging.

Our most recent development is that we received an email inviting my wife to avail of pre-arrival services. That was already a month ago, (October 27) and we still have yet to receive the PPR. I am wondering, is this common? Does anyone know of other cases like this and how long it takes for the PPR to arrive?

This is horrible. I have to work both of our jobs here in Canada because I can not find a Canadian qualified enough to do her work. So I've been going non-stop for 8 months now. 7 days a week, 10 - 14 hours a day. Madness. I feel totally abused by the system. We have been together 4 years. We lived together that entire time. Very difficult.

Same here, naturalized Canadian, our application was received on March 9 2017, transferred in Manila on May 23rd, after addtional doc request on May 30th we havent heard anything from them. I ordered GCMS notes from time to time, and the latest update was on Oct. 10th when they passed my husband’s eligibility and file referred for security and criminality review. After that, no update at all. Our app is turning 9 months on Dec.9th and normal processing time is within 12 months, so 3 more months of waiting wouldnt be that bad.

Nako ewan ko sa rep namin hahahha. Kapag nguupdate kami sknya lagi wala update. So we decided na mgrequest ng notes. Nung ngppr kmi i asked her kung may nreceive syang update kasi nagemail samin ang manila immigratiob. Forward ko daw sknya ung email. Hahaha kaloka .

I don't have the exact timeline po eh (kasi di ko din natanong sa father ko) but I assume

Submitted Application : June 2017
Med Request: 1st week of August
Sched A: August 14
Meds Done: August 17
Police Clearance Sent: 3rd or 4th week of August

yan lang po ang alam ko eh

tapos tinanong ko siya kung nasa MVO naba ang application, sabi niya OO daw.
He also told us to wait for an email na kunin yung passport namin. I hope soon na.

so ayun po nag attend ako ng Planning to Canada-group oriention kanina..8-4pm po sia free lunch and free snack in the morning and afternoon, may mga booklet na binigay at mga souvenirs din..tinacle nila konting history sa canada, tapos mga expectations, mga need to bring papunta dun etc. mga need to do after magland, konting laws, mga estimated prices ng usual na bilihin dun, how to open bank account and madami pa po, na makakatulong sa pagpunta at pagplan nating magsettled sa canada..and the most important na part is about job..pano maghanap, pano gumawa ng canadian resume and so many more..dami pong matututunan..
