Wish you all the best bro :) That's an attractive timeline.

This draw was definitely a rejuvenating experience. Many like @pessacanada and @Mithu3 got ITAs.
Really I was a bit broken for the past few months, but now I feel ray of hope is knocking on all doors.
It's very true that good things don't come fast:)
And most importantly cic is the man of the series;) - unpredictable  but takes centuries at crucial hours:p
We both have 433 - I've got good feeling about our ITAs, it's coming in the next few draws - hopefully before the end of this year so that we can celebrate big time!

Just want to share my story from 386 to 400 and now I'm at 433.
My first profile was created in April 2017 with 1 year work exp and CELPIP of 8-10-8-7. This gave me 386 in CRS.
I then took 2 more CELPIP tests with hopes of increasing my Speaking & Writing scores to CLB 9; however, I did not succeed in both skills. My highest CELPIP result was (8-9-9-8). That gave me 400 with 1 year exp - profile was recreated in June 2017.
Not happy with what I got, I sat the CELPIP tests another 6 times to increase the CLB, and I got 11-9-9-8 plus my work exp has reached 2 years in October. So I updated my profile last month and got 433.

Although my EE score is not very high, I still believe in getting an ITA very soon in the next few draws. My sincere message to those who have their dreams of moving to Canada is to never give up. "A difficult path leads to beautiful destination."

Hey lino82,

How many months of visa has the VO provided to you on your passport. I believe you will have to land in Canada in order to get your PR card mailed to you.

Wow thats amazing. :)

Congrats lino :)

You should email the employer explaining your reasons for requesting the letter on a particular format. Whatever reply they give to deny your request, you can use that as a proof to show IRCC that you have tried to fulfil their requirements. Now, to mention your job duties you should get a plain piece of paper (not on the company letterhead otherwise it will raise a red flag) and write down all duties matching with your NOC job descriptions along with other details required by CIC and get it signed by your colleague or manager. Include a visiting card of that person. Upload your experience letter from employer, this letter from colleague with visiting card, any proof of your affort to obtain it (i.e email) and Explain the whole situation in a Letter Of Explanation (LoE).
Many candidates have reported they did this successfully and this is the best way to tacle this situation. Good Luck.
Thank you, buddy.... it helped greatly
