My file is at Ottawa. Never moved to LVO. So i sent my appeal letter to CPC-CTD Ottawa and raised a CSE in parallel

HI guys,

My EE application was refused stating that I do not meet the fund requirements. The officer has mentioned about my Balance in Savings account and my PF account. He has not mentioned anything about my fixed deposit which consititutes about half of my fund requirements. The bank statement clearly mentions about my FD and even in my LoE I had explained all the 3 sources of funds. If the FD is included the total funds is about 1000 CAD greater than what is required by CIC.

I'm a AoR March 2017 FSWO applicant, Medicals passed. It's so disappointing to getca refusal 8 months after AoR

Anyone with a similar case as mine where you showed more than sufficient funds but still got refused or insufficient funds?

Meds Passed - 11/12th May 2017
NA2 -26th May 2017
Refusal for lack of sufficient funds - 9th November 2017
Appeal through CSE and email to Ottawa - 10th November 2017

Woke up to this news this morning and I must say it’s a good start to the day as I am thrilled for you. Congratulations and thank God this was sorted and the refusal reversed. I can only imagine the agony you went through in that one week but you now have cause to rejoice and that’s truly amazing. Wishing you all the best in your new country.

Thanks buddy!! Was an extremely long week for me. Glad that everything is fixed now. Would have been happy if my application was just reopened. To my surprise I received PPR!

Hello everyone, I received a PT letter from Ontario last June and just submitted the application today. Regarding the 67 points needed for FSW applicants, should the work experience after getting the NOI be counted? I started working July 2015 and when I received the NOI, I've only been working for 1 year and 11 months. I am unsure if I should add the points for 2-3 years of experience or just the 1 year experience. Please help

Hi Friends,
My PR was refused due to wrong noc code. CIC felt that i don't quality under the NOC code i submitted the application.
I requested for a re consideration of the application and nearly after 3 months, I got a confirmation from CIC that they've reviewed my case and has reopened my file.
Any idea on what happens next? I just got a letter from CIC saying that they would contact me if any additional info is required!!.

Please help!

how to contact cic ? i couldnt find any number or email for correspondence, all the communication is happening through message in my EE profile

Will VO reject if I do not attach my credit card statement, since I have an outstanding balance? I am showing POF from different bank.

Do I still need to give credit card statement?

I have not still got the ITA. Hopefully in next draw.

While filling the final application you must add your residence details


i lived in my home country from my birth to 2010 and now i moved to UAE from 2010 September

During filling my final application form, i mentioned residence information wrong while police report was something else

Hope i explain correctly

1. A formal written letter requesting a nomination transfer;
