You can write a letter of explanation with other supporting documents and explain the situation. Also you can ask anyone else to write a letter.

However, the company's policy is not to disclose salary and in cases not to issue reference letters, but never heard of no one verifying you employment.

Thanks for your input on the query -
"My current company didnt provide me a reference letter, so i have asked my manager to provide that. He agreed for the same but on plain paper as he doesnt want to go against HR/company policy. He has given his visiting card and office id along with the letter.

Now CIC has dropped him a mail for verification and asked for my details and kept HR in copy (got it from company website - Contact us). Also they have asked approval from HR on my employment and roles/Responsibility. Manager has to get approval from HR and then reply to CIC.

Now this is a problem. He helped me against policy but now HR is also aware of.
- I am sure, HR will not respond, so how to take care of this if manager agrees to reply
- If my manager is also not ready to respond, then what should I do ? I have already shared Joining letter/ Office ID card and Paystub of current company while submitting the application."

somehow, i convinced my manager and he replied to CIC but he removed HR from cc because he doesnt want to be answerable to management due to conflict of interest.

Should i get employment letter from HR which will state that i am working in this company from this date and my position. I am not sure if i can get one. But i will try to get and then forward to CIC or shall i wait for CIC.

Kindly advise.

I really appreciate the insights and help you provided for us and now I have a question about employment letter.
I am now at NA2 since Nov 11.
The NOC for my previous employment is 0621 and I was a floor manager at a mall. On my employment reference letter, my duties matches 4 or 5 out of the 9 main duties for that NOC but some of them are not well detailed and I am afraid the VO may think that's not enough.
My question is if I should upload an LOE with as many details of my employment as possible through CSE to avoid a refusal.

I got ITA on October 4 with a score of 438. In the application I had originally placed my uncle as relative in Canada but now I'm having a hard time getting the proof of relationship from him. I had asked before and he said yes but since getting ITA he keeps telling me to hold on.... Which doesn't sound promising.....
I am 28 (27 when I applied n got ITA)
I have been working since May 2011
I have a BSc WES equates to a 4yr Canadian degree
IELTS L- 9, R -8 W- 7 S - 7.5
No Canadian work exp

I was thinking that if by the time I have all documents ready (Nov month end) he still hasn't sent the copies, I would write a LOE instead of deleting the relationship information as my FSW score would still be over 67.

Can u give me ur advice?

However my spouse is expected to travel to my country during 3rd week of December.

Can I ask for an extension for submitting our passports so that we both can submit our passports together to Vienna?

Is there a possibility that they will grant me an extension for submitting our passports?

What is the content that you are trying to affirm through the affidavit, that will determine what kind of affidavit you will need.

Once I landed as a permenet immigrant then Can I go to India without waiting for my PR card and return to Canada on my current TRV & PGWP which is still valid?
Or I Just wait for someone to send my PR card back home once it's arrived here in Canada?
Or I applied for Permanent Resident Travel document once I reached India for a comeback ( I don't know how long it will take and if I used that then do I have to apply again for PR card once I come back?)

Which is the best option according to you if traveling is unavoidable?

YEs, you can return to India without your PR cars. However, once you become a PR, your TRV and PGWP are cancelled. You will either need a PRTD or will need the PR card.

If you can wait, get the PR card and then return that is ideal. However, it takes 2-3 months before the PR card is delivered at the address you give when you land. PR card can be processed on urgent basis too - see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/pr-card/apply-urgent-processing.asp

To apply for PRTD see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5529ETOC.asp
Processing times for PRTD is ~ 30-45 days

I have a question for you regarding passport stamps.I'm setting up my travel history and I have a stamp that has a wrong date (1 month difference from what it should be). It has been over 5 years since that stamp was set. I have other stamps (lay overs) that confirm the dates of that particular trip. The visa/country that corresponds to that stamp with the wrong date gives me six months max stay at a time, they usually put the 6 months date stamp along with the port of entry stamp in all the other stamps from that same country.Therefore, currently my date stamp is i.e. feb 23, xxxx with validity until sept 23, xxxx when it should be march 23, xxxx for a total of 6 months max stay.
My question is, would it be enough to explain this in the letter of explanation?

In some cases the immigration officer may have the stamp set to a wrong date. You can explain it in LoE.

The instructions in the PR application submission states: upload all the relevant documents to support your change in circumstance.

So do I need to attach any additional documents to justify this change of address? may be scan stamp of Pakistan exit?

What is your immigration status in Canada, just provide the documents. Eg. are you here on a work, study, visitor visa, so provide a copy of it. Also provide a copy of your address proof in Canada if you have one.

You can give an approximate date, and explain it in LoE the you do not remember the exact start date.

@legalfalcon I have my gcms notes with me. According to them my eligibility is passed (notes at the bottom written as a paragraph by the agent). No sign of security screening since 2.5 months of AOR. My file is moved to LVO on 20th Sep and my notes were generated on 5th Oct. I am just curious to know the possibility if LVO can initiate the SS as well or it can only be done at CIO Sydney or Ottawa? Thanks!

SS can be initiated at any stage during security, it can be done at LVO or CPC.

In this case is LOE suffiecient to prove the legitamacy if not what else could be submitted to support the case...

Followup to previous question on COR IN COPR..When I update the CBSA officer regarding th COR would they consider it an issue ? Is it like different officers would react diff?
How does COR affect PR Card application?
Will it be some misrep if I dont update ?
It will not impact or create any issues. It is just a transcription error. Most likely check your CoR in your application. If you changed it and it was not changed, the same will be done when you land. Not a big deal.

If you can get an employment letter that would be ideal. You can also inform IRCC that your company's HR will not respond back and your manager's response will be sufficient.

The Job duties don't have to absolutely match, they have to substantially match. You can definitely raise a CSE, but that would create more questions and concerns.
