I got ITA on October 4 with a score of 438. In the application I had originally placed my uncle as relative in Canada but now I'm having a hard time getting the proof of relationship from him. I had asked before and he said yes but since getting ITA he keeps telling me to hold on.... Which doesn't sound promising.....
I am 28 (27 when I applied n got ITA)
I have been working since May 2011
I have a BSc WES equates to a 4yr Canadian degree
IELTS L- 9, R -8 W- 7 S - 7.5
No Canadian work exp
Single

I was thinking that if by the time I have all documents ready (Nov month end) he still hasn't sent the copies, I would write a LOE instead of deleting the relationship information as my FSW score would still be over 67.

Can u give me ur advice?

If you keep the relative without providing documents, your application will be incomplete. You can definitely write a LoE and explain. But you are explaining that your uncle did not provide the documents, so why not just remove it from your application as it does not take your cRS and MEC below the cut off and then explain it in loE why you removed it.

In this case is LOE suffiecient to prove the legitamacy if not what else could be submitted to support the case...

YEs, you can return to India without your PR cars. However, once you become a PR, your TRV and PGWP are cancelled. You will either need a PRTD or will need the PR card.

If you can wait, get the PR card and then return that is ideal. However, it takes 2-3 months before the PR card is delivered at the address you give when you land. PR card can be processed on urgent basis too - see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/pr-card/apply-urgent-processing.asp

Processing times for PRTD is ~ 30-45 days

What is your immigration status in Canada, just provide the documents. Eg. are you here on a work, study, visitor visa, so provide a copy of it. Also provide a copy of your address proof in Canada if you have one.

I have already provided the copy of PGWP while submitting the PR application. Additionally, I have shown Canadian account for POF that has my address written on it, and also in the address history this address is present and also on the RCMP certificate. So one can get an idea that I have move to the same address where I was living in Canada in the past. So still do I need to provide any additional explanation or documents? or Do i need to just write in the inquiry :

Subject: address and phone number change
New address: ABCDEF
New phone number: GHJJJJ

1- Is this enough?
2- should I call IRCC customer service also to tell them about address change after raising CSE? this might be a quick action. What you suggest?

It will not impact or create any issues. It is just a transcription error. Most likely check your CoR in your application. If you changed it and it was not changed, the same will be done when you land. Not a big deal.

Help!

Four days ago I submitted my eAPR. I was looking at screenshots of the personal activities section of my application and just realized that I mistakenly entered the year 2/2015 to 3/2015 instead of 2/2017 to 3/2017. The months are correct, just the years are wrong.

Do I need to submit a CSE for wrong dates? or they will ask for it later

I have received WES evaluation dated “XX August” for Bachelors and PGDBA.
Applied for re-evaluation with additional supporting documents as PGDBA was evaluated non-recognised.

Post re-evaluation my PGDBA also got recognised. But revised WES report has new date. It also mentioned “original completed on August XX, 2017”

Now while updating express entry profile, I have below query.

What date should I put for Bachelors – Old or new one…..It was recognized in both reports, first one and revised one.

What date should I put for PGDBA – Old or new one…..It was non-recognized in first report, and recognized in revised one.

Hi,
I am CEC Feb 01 2017 applicant. My eligibility is still "Recommended Pass". Medical and Criminality both "Passed" and Security "Not Started".
My Medical is expiring in first week of January.
Does anybody know when do i need to take the medical exam again ? I mean do they ask me to do it again ? or they will automatically extend ?

One more thing,
What could be the reason behind my application for not having any process since april month. I have ordered 2 GCMS notes and there is no progress since april. Even my Security is still "Not Started". I am at NA2 since 9 months. Back -Ground is still "Not Applicable".

Dear all,
Request your help with a few queries that I have related to Medicals.
1. I just have an ITA and understand that CIC sends out a request for medicals post AOR. Can I still go ahead and get the medical done?
2. Where do I upload the receipt shared by the medical centre on the CIC website.
3. Any specific things to be kept in mind wrt the data entered by medical centre (EE number, ITA details etc.)

Any suggestions where to get the medicals done in Mumbai (Lilavati or CDC?)
Any pointers would be really helpful.

What is the content that you are trying to affirm through the affidavit, that will determine what kind of affidavit you will need.

Our content will be ‘my spouse’s bank a/c can be used for CIC POF purposes’

We didn’t see any specific affidavit for the above purpose so we are thinking of using General Affidavit and add our purpose to it(only general affidavit allows that).

Could you please tell us whether our approach makes sense.

I have a question. Once the passport has been printed with the visa, should the CIC profile change to approved ? On enquiry with CIC the PA passport was sent to mailing room from the printing room they said . But the profile has not been updated .

You can call, but the CSE is usually enough.
