My passport was delivered on Nov 20 and status changed to approved on Dec 13. Got a response from Ottawa that my passport was sent back yesterday and I am still waiting for the tracker to be activated. Today is the last chance that I can receive it before the long holiday.

The RCMP request should happen in IP1, at least in my case. I got it right after medical passed. So after you submit it, they will review it and see if you are missing any more documents. If not, you will go to NA2 while they do eligibility assessment.

ICES from BCIT can do it within 3 weeks after they receive all documents for an extra 200 dollars. I just don't know if they recognize your college.

I have the exact same issue as you and our passports were delivered on Nov 20th. They usually take a week or so to reply. I don't think we can get it before Christmas since it takes another week for the return tracker to be activated after the status change. Some lucky ones got their passports...

There are a lot of people got PPR within 30 days from September to November AORs. It is real man. Just relax. I got mine in 22 days.

Some Nov 14th delivered passports got approved. Maybe they arrived in batches and they were all received on Nov 15th. Should be soon though. Mine was delivered on 20th and the wait is killing me.
