Sent my application on Oct 27th last year. Received remedical request in May, got ppr on Sept 1st. As I'm a Canadian resident, I sent my passort to CPC-Ottawa which reached on Sept 5th. Application got approved on Friday in gckey last week, and passport is arriving today. I'll go to the US border and do my landing this Saturday.

Hey, were you able to do your landing/flagpoling on Saturday?? I have heard that you can only do that on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday at the border crossing. I sent my passport on Oct 17 and still waiting for CPC-Ottawa to dispatch it.

I'm not sure where you heard that from. I did my landing on Saturday. I had an US visa, so I went for a daytrip into the States instead of flagpoling, but you can flagpole any day you want to as long as the border is open.

Yes, it was. I had option of using VFS India or send to Ottawa if I'm residing in Canada.

We applied outside Canada with Visa Office being new Delhi. However, my partner is here in Canada on visitor visa. I am just trying to figure out if we have chance of getting passport stamped here in Canada rather than flying back to India to get it done.

Which border did you cross? Someone mentioned in another thread that if you are landing at Rainbow Bridge, Niagara, it can be done "only from Tuesday to Thursday from 8am to midnight and they still have quotas. They recommend to go early".

Hello guys its been more than 14 th months to my file i m a august 2016 applicant they asked me for additional documents on 27 th march 2017 i have sent them on 31 st march , still there is no update . And top of that my wife is now pregnant. Any suggestion what shld i do now ? Medical is also expired on 2 nd june 2017. Plz reply me . Thanks

Hey guys, I received an email from the embassy to email (scanned) or mail 2 photos to them. I would like to know how to do that. Since im not in town, is scanning and emailing them fine? If yes, how do i scan it? Front and back (with name, dob, photographers details)? And do i attach 2 photos or one is fine for them as they can use it for as many times they need?

Do MP enquiry, get GCMS notes to see what's going on with your file and email CIC.
