Hi,

Add a row for each of you educational credential. They must be separate.

I would disagree. It say the contrary actually.

It says that the officer may issue the visa if at the time of receiving the application (e-apr) the criteria (crs points) are not met because of a birthday after ITA.

Hope this clarifies
Best of luck
Hi @Nabs17 , I am a bit confused. Are you saying age is frozen after ITA or not?

It seems that post ITA and before e-APR, age requirement freezes as it is not in control of anybody. Thus, officers may be required to issue the visa on an exception basis.
Yes, this is correct. The instructions governing A11.2 are very clear.
"This public policy also grants an exemption to applicants who may be refused for failing to meet FSWC program requirements when their birthday occurs between the ITA and e-APR."
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/refuse.asp

In other words, supported by my GCMS notes, the officer will look at your age and if your score has changed due to a birthday they will restore it to your original score as instructed by the public policy.

So you will not be affected in any way.

Hey guys...jus wanna share the good news with my extended family here...i had a CLB 9 score in all modules in my 1st attempt which led to a CRS score of 422....i was 6 points away from the cut off when scores started to go up june onwards ...frustrated with the recent developments of lower ITA’s & increased CRS scores & the fear of losing 10 point in FEB next year when i wld turn 41 , i decided to give my 2nd attempt for ielts. A CLB 10 in all 4 modules would bump my CRS by 9 points to 431...i got my results today & i am elated to share the news that i managed to crack all 4 modules & got a CLB 10...now my score stands at 431...thank u everyone for spreading positivity , sharing ielts material & helping in keeping my canada dream alive...means a lot...what would i do without this gang of crazy canada aspirants
Nice..... Congrts ....:) :)
