- Since our application is being processed by a rep, we do could not link the GCKey (is there a way we could link it even if we have a rep) and hence don't know if the medical request has been received via GCKey. Do the reps also get a notification via email, or is GCKey the only answer.Hello, I need some guidance or suggestion. Our file recently moved to London and our ECAS has changed to 'In Process' with the line added 'we started processing the application on 13th Oct'. I have 2 parts to my questions

- Should I call the automated CIC number to get an update, as I have read that this is the same as GCKey. If so, could some kindly let me know the number too.
Hoping for your answers and advice. Thank you
Generally, there is an email and ensure your rep is checking your account on a daily basis. If not, get the username, password, and security questions for the account from the rep.

Yes, please. Call cic on a daily basis as it reads the exact status in your gc key account in case you do not have access to it and also, check your ecas @ https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=
