Is engagement a status change

Hello I m engaged to one girl and getting married in March. So is a status considered married or single.

Can I submit my eAPR in let's say Jan and wait till I get married and then inform Cic in case engagement is not a status change?

No, engagement is not a status change. Do not inform CIC anything unless you have a marriage certificate in hand.
