I sponsor my husband in family class and I didn't get acknowledgement letter yet now i want my husband to apply for visitor visa

is there any procedure for that?????

I know this thread is pretty old but I need your help!

I have applied for PR for my wife but I haven't received the acknowledgement letter yet.

Did you apply Visitor visa for your husband without getting the acknowledgement? Would you recommend to apply without the acknowledgement or should I wait until I get the acknowledgement.
