Yeah, too cold is better than too hot, because you can make it through the cold with more layers of clothing and moving around, and these days there are high tech fabrics that help keep you even warmer. But when it's too hot, you can only take off so much clothing, and then you're just boiling in a puddle of sweat ...
I second to your notion. Believe what he says guys, this is an Indian authenticating his statement. :D

Everything happens for a reason and we might not know the outcome immediately.
Once you get a birds eye view of things going on in life, later, then you understand why something's happened and why some did not.
Something's have a knack of taking time and some will happen much before you would have thought possible.
That's why it's called life and that's why my dear we are here on this Ray of Hope.
Hope keeps us going.
I don't believe in fate and the likes, but at times of adversity words like these are extremely helpful even if you choose to believe it for convenience for a short time. Many thanks for writing this comment.

For me it's the opposite. I always fall sick in the winters and I don't have any motivation to get out of bed. Makes me less productive. In extreme hot climates (Spent a summer in Qatar), I can atleast count on the AC and moving about dries my sweat up.

Wow, you're my comrade in so many ways. An Indian who prefers the cold to the heat! Now that's something.

If that means you're looking for people to practice your Spanish with, I'm in. I just picked it up on Duolingo and while I'm still at the la leche phase of it, I am absolutely loving the language and the culture.
Excellent. Yes, I need more friends to practice Spanish with, especially after I move to Canada, but it's never too soon! We might need to start a Spanish speaking/practicing group. Who wants to join?

It's been a long weekend of preparing for all the pieces of life that need to fall into place to start school in January. Glad to see the hope here has carried on. Sometimes I'm afraid we are going to spend so much money on tuition, only to see the EE rules change so we still won't be eligible. But we are taking the leap anyway.
I feel at the moment you have just done the right thing. In my opinion there wont be a paradigm shift in rules. U should be through with PR in the due course and by then will have a hang of the place if u r already there.

I read that u will go with airbnb for couple of months, why not try the hostel?
