Awesome. Are you also planning to settle in Ontario? My first choice is Toronto. I studied Spanish a few years ago here and am only at around intermediate level. There are a lot of Spanish speakers in the US, especially New York, and I have Spanish speaking tenants who do not speak English. I am trying to learn French for Canada and want eventually to be professionally proficient in both Spanish and French, so I will have an ongoing need to practice both as often as possible.

Yes, Ontario seems the most likely choice, especially because of my field (Finance and Accounting). I´m still in the early stages of my application, I haven´t even created my profile as I want to gather all my documents before getting into the pool.

I took French classes in high school, but that´s about it. I guess I´ll need to start practicing eventually.
