Ayun. Super thank you po sa lahat ng inputs nyu. Sobrang helpful! as in. Nairaise ko lang din ung tanong na to kasi, worried ako na hindi ko ma-meet ung limit ng points sa pag draw for ITA. Less than 400 ako now. Ano po kaya mangyayare sa profile ko pag ganun, may chance pa rin kaya ako if ever? Super thank you ulit in advance!

Kaya yan! Check out the provinces' websites. Make sure nung nagcreate ka profile na select mo as many provinces na gusto mong tirhan. Nakacheck Ontario sakin at nung nagsend ng Notification of Interest for ICT below CRS400 nung week of Jun 29, nakatanggap ako. 386 lang CRS ko nun and with the provincial nomination naging 986 kaya nainvite to apply for PR. Naisip ko na dati na pag wala nangyare mag IELTS ulit ako, medyo sumablay lang sa writing (6.5) while others are 8.5 or 9 already. Kakaloka.

To increase your points, retake IELTS for better score or take a masters degree although medyo mas mahirap yung masters.

Dont lose hope! Madaming below 400 na nagiging lucky through provincial nomination.

So as I am seeing, malaki din ung chances na pag nakita nila ung EE profile mo, and they like you, sila mismo ang magsesend ng Notification of Interest sa inyo? Tama po ba? Saka, kunware you were given the Notification of Interest ng Ontario sa case mo, pero pwede ka po ba magpunta/tumira sa ibang Province once pumunta ka Canada? Or need mo na magstay muna for a certain number of days sa Ontario, kung san ka initially naapprove, then saka ka pa lang makakalipat sa ibang Province?

Saka, kunware you were given the Notification of Interest ng Ontario sa case mo, pero pwede ka po ba magpunta/tumira sa ibang Province once pumunta ka Canada? Or need mo na magstay muna for a certain number of days sa Ontario, kung san ka initially naapprove, then saka ka pa lang makakalipat sa ibang Province?

A provincial nomination program is designed to fill the economic gaps per province, so technically if a province or territory nominates you, it means they want you in that province to fill that economic gap. It will be a bit disrespectful for you to transfer to another province after they have put resources into nominating you. I don't know if this is truly a hard and fast rule or law that you cannot leave the province for work. Maybe Ms @bellaluna can clarify? But I read in some threads that they may allow you to "leave the province" if you can prove to them that you were not able to obtain work in the nominating province within a certain amount of time (6-8 months according to the thread) despite your best efforts to find employment.
You can travel freely and find work freely around the country for FSW/ FST/ CEC, though... Except get employment in Quebec... Quebec has it's own autonomous immigration program not related to the EE, I think. (Can't elaborate--- I didn't bother learning the Quebecois way)

Same issue with mine initially, my writing test was 6.5. Buysit! I submitted a score enquiry and was rescored 7.5 by an Australian checker! Hurray! My enquiry fee was returned pa, so parang wala akong ginastos na extra.

In case this happens to any of you on your IELTS in the future, I highly recommend resubmitting for enquiry on your writing and speaking tests (which are more subjective than the listening and reading exams).

I think second bachelor's degree also has added points... dun sa "two or more post secondary degrees" sa CRS.

Yes, you will still need an express entry profile. You will also have to apply to your chosen province's PNP site and declare your EE application number (that and some other IRCC related details I think) so they can join these together.

Why? Think of it this way: It is the government of Canada via IRCC that issues the immigrant visas/ COPRs. You therefore need an EE profile so that the government can issue you said visa. Your nominating province will just tell IRCC, "Oi, IRCC! Let @abigoyl in! We need her here in Alberta!" Did that makes sense?

I am not exactly familiar with the intricacies of a PNP (I was approved thru FSW instead of PNP). Maybe @babyfreeverse can answer you better about applying for PNP?

Pati din pala sa job bank, job title (NOC) yun kasi yung lalagay.
If Job Title ko talaga ilalagay ko, ibang NOC makukuha nya.
If pipiliin ko pa din yung based sa duties responsibility ko na ilalagay ko is Software Tester instead of sa kung ano yung job title ko sa ACN, di kaya magkakaron ng discrepancy sa title na nilagay ko sa Express Entry?

Uyyy pwede pala yon! Aug 2016 pa ako nag exam, pwede ko pa kaya gawin yon haha! Kakaloka talaga alam ko di ako pi akamagaling magsulat pero di naman ako ata 6.5 hahaha in denial padin!

Pag nanominate ka ng isang province you have to stay they there for at least a couple of years. Exactly how long, di ko alam. Pero very rarely papayagan ka magreside sa ibang province unless as in di ka makahanap ng work, etc. Wala ako complaints sa ngayon kasi Ontario naman nagnominate sakin, sila I think ang may pinakamalaking demand for IT professionals.

They dont think Ontario will send out NOIs to new candidates this year pero possibly daw mag open yung Federal Skilled Worker - Human Capital Stream before the end of this year. If ever daw baka para sa 2018 mag send sila ng new NOIs ng January but no one really knows. Kelangan din for Ontario to send you NOI, nagrecreate ka ng EE profile mo kasi nadedeadma yung lumang profiles. Parang saamin ng asawa ko, kahit mas mataas CRS niya above 400, March 2017 siya nagcreate tapos yung akin nagcreate ako June 2017,386 lang CRS ko, ako nakakuha ng NOI kahit parehas NOC namin kasama sa list ng ICT NOCs nila.

Yes through EE padin siya. Madami sila magsesend ng NOIs. Sa Manitoba, may ififill up ka na EOI ata kung tama "expression of interest" siya tapos may draws din sila parang sa CIC website. Napansin ko sa Manitoba parang mas gusto nila nurses hehe kahit andun uncles ko ambaba ng score ko sakanila.

Ako inensure ko na match palagi ang lahat ng details ko. Ngayon di na daw mandatory ata ang job bank pero check mo nalang din. Same padin siya, NOC mo accdg to job duties rather than job titles.

Kami sa OINP, sinabihan kami na chinecheck daw kung match details namin sa EE saka sa submission namin sa OINP. Ewan ko lang kung chineck pati sa job bank.
