For any documents that is not in English, I know I have to get it translated. But do I have to get them notarized as well? I know Saskatoon PNP require it to get notarized, but I'm not sure whether this is the thing about express entry.
Please advice

For express entry no need to notarize translated documents if they are translated by a Canadian certified translator.

If he or she is not a certified translator, the documents which have been translated in English has to be certified, right?

I got my documents translated by a Certified Public Interpreter (Translator) in my country and the information is available to be verified. He signed and sealed the document along with his affidavit of accuracy. However, I did not notirize my documents. I am in trouble?

I suggest getting them notarized and submit them through CSE (if you already submitted your application). Certified Translator is in my opinion not enough. In Canada, there are ATIO-Certified Translators that do not need notarization for their translations (so they have partial notary duties, only for the documents that they translate, and specifically for the translations they make and not the original document that they are translating). However this is a Canadian regulation, and you would need to do some sort of notarization.

You don't need to notarize them. Be careful if you plan with the notarization of the police check specially, notarizing means that is a copy and they do not accept copy for the police check, so just be careful!
