I am a US citizen. In last year I helped my mother (a Chinese citizen) to apply for a Canadian V1 visitor visa when she came to visit me. We went to visit Canada once. However the visa was only valid for one year and was expired in May this year due to her passport expiration date (May this year). Now my mom got a new passport which is good for 10 years. She is visiting me again and I am planning to apply a new V1 visitor visa for her.
My question is: do I have to go through the entire application process again or there is a short/simplified process/form?
