To answer this question you need to see get GCMS and see what stage your application is at. It does not matter which office your application is at as long as there if progress. Applications are regularly distributed based on work load.

Thanks legal falcon, I have ordered GCMS already , I think I have noticed the mistake . I calculated the CRS score of 443 without the spouse. I got ITA at cut off 441, but while applying I made a mistake by adding spouse as accompanying with me and that's why I lost 18 points plus 5 for age . The current score is 418. Is there a way of correcting the mistake or it will get rejected .

Background check NA and we do not need additional docs- 10 Aug 2017
IP2- 17 Aug 2017...
Yet i have not received PPR .. I mailed CPC-CTD-ottawa for my visa office on 24 Aug 2017, but no response.

I have heard that after IP2, PPR is received in 2-7 days.
Why haven't I received the passport request yet? Why no response to email either?

Hey man,
I submitted my application for PR a few days back. Couple questions:

1. I have received a 'Confirmation of Application Transmission' message. It's not the same as AOR, right? How long does it usually take to receive AOR from when we submit?
2. My passport is due to expire in August 2018, earlier than the reports of my medical exam. When, would you say, is the right time to renew my passport during this entire process? Right now/After PPR/After stamping?

1. I am sked to upload divorce certificate in 7 days, I don't have a divorce certificate, the only thing I have is divorce decree. All communication has to be by the PA.

2.Since I've applied through a rep, would they have to do it? Or either of the PA or dependent can do it ?

The PA can do it, there is no need for the rep. Alternatively, you can ask the rep to do it. The application has been filed in the name of the PA, so all communication has to be in the name of the PA.

3. Since there are 2 LVOs, would there be 2 email addresses specified? Or just one for the PA? Who or which one of them would I notify?
You will get one PPR email with instructions on where to send your PPs. After you send a request for different LVOs, you will receive either one or 2 email with new set of instructions.

In the link in your signature it states that criminality (PCC) are checked after the eligibility. Is the sequence of the process known? I am PNP i know things might be different. I also ordered GCMS notes. But I want to know. If they asked for my travel history, and then my BG status moved to NA is it safe to assume eligibility is passed already? your link sates eligibility before criminality.

Also is it possible that the security screening (simple or complex) have already started as soon as my BG status moved to NA?

The link only lists the stages of the application, not in a chronological order. In most applications the criminality is passed before the eligibility. The sequence is

R10 (Completeness) - Criminality & Medicals - Eligibility - BGC. However, this can differ from application to application. The MyCIC status messages do not correspond to any specific stage and making an assumption is purely speculation.

i'm very confused, the agent yesterday said my file is in rabat, said she doesn"t have full visibility on what's going on there so she can't know when they will send "the letter"... however she said that my file is completed (security , eligibility...) so what do you understand from this ? Hello @legalfalcon . I am trying to apply for PCC through PSK. I am currently residing in state ABC but my passport was issued in XYZ. When I am trying to apply, it throws the following error. Could you tell me what can be done to get the PCC from here instead of travelling back to XYZ.

You have registered under RPO XYZ but your present residential address lies within the jurisdiction of RPO ABC. The registration and present residential address should be with the same RPO.

You can only get PCC from the PRO in whose jurisdiction your address is for the police verification.

There is no such information available. There are many people without last names and have no problem in getting a health card, PR card, or a driving license. Since the person writing theist states that he got a PR card, but had issues with health card, which is strange as health card cannot be refused and neither can a person be asked to have a last name, when he has none.

You can definitely ask IRCC that you inadvertently added your spouse as accompanying, but its is discretionary and it takes time for it to be added to the record.

This is for some applicants, not all. Further the MyCIC status updates do not accurately state what stage your allocation is at. At IP2 the eligibility is cleared, but not for all. Some applicants get stuck here. So it is important to know which stage you have cleared, which can only be known by GCMS nots. Alternatively you can wait it out and see.
