Followup to a previous question where I planned to move from my current country of residence and I get my PPR at the same time. How will I notify IRCC of the change? through email or a CSE ? IF its email what would be the email address?

You can do both. If you have an email in the PPR use that or else CSE.

I am not sure where you got the info from. Because, the health card is issued based on the identity documents you have and is province specific. Can you provide me with a link where you got this information and I can look further into it.

Oh..forgot to mention one specific info. I'm the dependent in the application and in Qatar. My spouse is in Canada and is the PA. So her PP will go to LVO in canada while mine would go to LVO near me. Is that correct.

Yes, for the PA in Canada the PP will go to Ottawa and for the secondary applicant in Qatar, it will go to the LVO.

I don't remember, but the reason why you have been asked for these documents is that IRCC finds something suspicious about your employment and wants to verify it. Usually salaried employee are paid by check or through bank transfer. However, if you do not have that, then you can supplement it by showing IT returns, pay stubs, and a LoE explaining that you received case. I am sure there must be others on the forum who had this issue and you can may be create a new thread and see if there was someone in a similar situation.

1. Would the PA, in case of email notification, have to send the email? Or can the dependent send the email from his EE registered email ?

2.Since I've applied through a rep, would they have to do it? Or either of the PA or dependent can do it ?

3. Since there are 2 LVOs, would there be 2 email addresses specified? Or just one for the PA? Who or which one of them would I notify?

In the link in your signature it states that criminality (PCC) are checked after the eligibility. Is the sequence of the process known? I am PNP i know things might be different. I also ordered GCMS notes. But I want to know. If they asked for my travel history, and then my BG status moved to NA is it safe to assume eligibility is passed already? your link sates eligibility before criminality.

Also is it possible that the security screening (simple or complex) have already started as soon as my BG status moved to NA?

i'm very confused, the agent yesterday said my file is in rabat, said she doesn"t have full visibility on what's going on there so she can't know when they will send "the letter"... however she said that my file is completed (security , eligibility...) so what do you understand from this ? You have registered under RPO XYZ but your present residential address lies within the jurisdiction of RPO ABC. The registration and present residential address should be with the same RPO.

Register in the psk site by selecting ABC as your psk.you will get new set of I'd password..use that to book an appointment..

Right now you are using your earlier login credentials which was registered by selecting XYZ as your psk and trying to book an appointment for ABC, which is not possible..
