Hello please I need help. I noticed something on the application we submitted. On the applicant questionnaire 'if your sponsor met your friends or family' I wrote that he met my sister and I wrote her name but on the family form IMM5406 i did not include her with two of my brothers i only wrote four of my brothers names on the additional family form can i add them now that avo is asking for the form again or i should only add my sister because I wrote her name before or just submit the old thing I submitted before. Thanks.

I would say, go with the old one. I think the purpose of writing the additional family info is to help in the future and make things easier should you choose to invite them abroad some day...

I heard it will delay background checks if i dnt include them

Well to avoid complications I think I will add them on extra paper and explain that i forgot to print and them this extra one because it did not come with my application form and too since I did not make Appendix for what I sent so i did not remember to add this extra sheet. Because on applicant questionnaire where they siad if sponsor met your family I said yes and wrote my sister's name but did not add her name on family information

Or maybe just leave it that old way.

I would leave it tender. If you start adding things they will start to question.
I agree with Becos, one change like that will definitely add unnecessary delays and doubt to your credibility. If they did not mention it, then you probably shouldn't either.

I agree with @becos too @tender. Just go with the old one. Chances are they will miss it too.

If it were a dependent like your child or your parents, then the change is necessary. but for a sister, just leave it. In the future if she's being challenged for a visa, you can explain and undoubtedly have lots of proof.

They are non- dependent children as their children are adults and married.
You need to add them to the additional family information form, but not add them as accompanying (i.e. they are not being sponsored and not applying for immigration as part of your partners).

Because the form he submitted has a mistake and cic asked him to resubmit a new form with brand new passport. I was expecting email to pick up the passport we submitted.
I wouldn't be too upset @Woodex. If I'm reading correctly aren't they asking for his whole passport or did they say a copy? Or did the letter say something specific about the "M" and your name being omitted that we are not seeing?

Maybe I'm being overly optimistic, but asking for additional family info before PPR is common with Accra and given that they have been asking people to submit all of these at once with the passport lately, could this not be a good sign?

Link I meant o !
When you enter the CIC website, go to "my application" then to "sign in or create an account". You will have to have a bank account in your name to create one. They will use this as further proof of your identity.

Once you create your account, you can link your application to that account using basic information like application number, family name, date of birth etc. You just have to follow the prompts.
