If change anything for you.... our passports were delivered on July 31th. and my husband's WP expires August 30th.

no updates, eagerly waiting n wish you also get it before time. Have you done any inquiring or started application for work permit extension>

I will call CIC next Monday, when it will make 3 weeks they received the passport.

I will wait till the last day before apply for an extension, so, worst case scenario, husband will stay as implied status for some days, but, I would't like to do this.

This is rather fast. My documents reached Ottawa on July 21 and yet to get any approval on the portal nor tracker activated. Call CIC yesterday and they said they would send email to the officers in charge.

My PPR was July 25, Passport Delivered to CPC Ottawa on July 26.

I was told that my passport made it to the printing room on August 4. And they can only send a message to expedite things after it has been over 2 weeks from the time it made it to the printing room.

I was also informed that once the passport is in queue in the printing room, it means the the COPR is printed, and the only thing which remains to be printed is the counterfoil on the passport.

So even if your delivery date is July 21, the only thing which matters is when it made it to the printing room.

you can call them let them know that you have trip plans send them an email and call them as well. when you send an email attach your tickets as well.

I sent an email this morning and got the usual response "Your passport has been received at our office and will be returned to you shortly."

I just give cic a phone call. Agent told me my passport was stamped yesterday. Hope everything goes okey.

Passport waiting at printing room: July 21, 2017
Passport stamped: August 1, 2017
CIC Account Approval: August 1, 2017

Tracking: Still not activated.
