We have similar dates. Passports delivered at Ottawa on July 21st. Have you called CIC?

This is rather fast. My documents reached Ottawa on July 21 and yet to get any approval on the portal nor tracker activated. Call CIC yesterday and they said they would send email to the officers in charge. Congrats. Are you an inland applicant?

YES.

I don't know if your question is answered yet but you need to sign for the document. Therefore, they knock on the door to deliver it in person and if not available, you will need to go to the nearest Canada post office to pick it up.

Have you called CIC..... I believe the agent should be able to help out on this.
