Hi,
I am currently working in Canada on LMIA Exempt and wish to claim 50 points in Express Entry under 'Offer of Employment'.
In CIC web site, it has been written that:
"have a valid job offer from that employer for at least one year after we issue your permanent resident visa
"
But when I discuss with my HR manager, then she replied that Offer Letter has fix format and she can only change the dates. But as mentioned in CIC portal: Valid Job offer at least one year after PR
which will not be part of offer letter (as the company doesn't change the standard format of Offer Letter).
What option I have in front of me?
1) Can I get the separate letter from the company (not the offer letter) that may state that " Company will support my employment through immigration process" or something like that? will CIIC accept this letter?
2) Can I also take this letter from my manager instead of HR dept?
