JOB Offer: How to get Valid Job offer at least one year after PR acceptable by CIC

Hi
When i discuss this situation couple of immigration lawyers in Toronto, they informed me that no multinational company give offer letter as asked by the CIC. Thoughts please....

I am not sure I would accept such an absolute statement, but there is no guarantee that anyone will be able to get that letter. The points are for those who can.

However in Terms of Employment, it clearly states "PERMANENT, FULL-TIME". this for sure should cover the case of what would happen after i got the PR. Don't you think so?

I read in other forum thread, ppl with ict applied with offer saying job is permanent full time and got ppr request

Hi,
I got PR Job offer letter from my company by clearly saying Job will be offered for 1 year after PR provided. this is well and good, but my doubt is this letter was issued was 5 months back, with no end date, so how long i can use this letter for PR application?
If I apply for PR after 3 months , can I still use this letter for job offer If I dont get another letter?

It would be better to get one with a more recent date, but you can still use it, IRCC will likely verify with your employer that the offer is still valid.
