You will easily get it within 90 days. Right now, the average processing time, as per the below mentioned tracker is somewhere between 55-60 days.

I got a response finally after 60 days only to be told that the fingerprints were not clear and to re-submit, which I did within a couple of days. I wonder how long will it take now...hope not another 60 days. Did any body faced a similar situation?

For this reason, it is always a good idea to have fingerprints taken by a professional if possible. If not, submit as many fingerprint cards as possible.

I did use a FBI authorized company to take the fingerprints and they were surprised that this was rejected. So, we did it the fingerprinting again very carefully so hope that works.

Also, I'd used a professional agency to get my fingerprints. Din't want to end up waiting 60 odd days only to hear that the prints were not okay. You can have a look around here or google to check which agencies do this sorta stuff in your area. The Agency I went to had all the forms with them. It was basically a good quality print out (of the pdf on FBI's site) on a good quality paper.

Alternatively you can also check with your local police station if they do this. Some websites (like amazon) also carry these fingerprint cards. I don't know if you have amazon (or any such site) delivering to your city/country.
