Im also January 31st applicant, my file was transferred to LVO on march 20th before schdule A and medical requsrt. Its been 6 months but still no request of Schedule A. I even contacted MP and he said that your application is still waiting for initial review and ill be in contact once further documents are required.
Also gcms notes does not indicate any request from Mississauga or LVO

Yeah, our timeline is pretty similar. I think my ap was received Jan. 28th and SA was also around March 14th. The medical and PCC I provided upfront. However, my account didn't link until the second week of May.
You should provide the Schedule A form yourself. It's the same for everyone, so just fill it out and send it in if you haven't already done so. Don't wait for their request.Their system is inefficient and it's possible they need the Schedule A but just haven't sent a proper request yet. Remember, there are humans on the other side of this and they make mistakes just like we do. Don't wait for them to contact you on everything--if you know exactly what they'll be asking for soon, just send it in yourself and save time.

I have mailed schedule A on july 5th will be ordering notes after couple of days to check the updates. I received an email from cic that my file has been transferred to LVO and i also check my cic, Ecas accounts regularly and ask my MP for updates

Our medical expiring soon and mycic status changed today for review of medical results. It now reads:
Review of medical results: You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.

Does it mean they will not ask us to do a remedical?? Can anyone comment if somebody has ever received visa without remedical if the upfront medical was expired? I saw some people getting medical validity extended. Do they get visa afterwards or they are asked to do remedical before PPR?

Also an update that our ecas with sponsor's info is no longer working from last 4 days. We called IRCC and their agent told that visa is coming and sometimes they revoke sponsor's access to ecas and only applicant's ecas would work. I seriously feel she was HIGH bcz she didn't even ask our file number or UCI and said that our visa was getting issued. I asked her how to fix this ecas access and she had no idea. Later we read the FAQs section of IRCC website that directed us to submit a webform under "Technical difficulties" section. LVO's officers are already a hopeless case and now I am disappointed in IRCC's agents as well. God knows what's going on with them these days but clearly IRCC agents don't have knowledge even about their website.

Medical done June 15, medical passed status on GCKey shows on July 09, 2017. we did not receive any request for PCC and schedule A even CIC when sent medical letter they said they will send us in five business day, so we uploaded and also sent through courier PCC and Schedule A on June 22, 2017.
PA, and sponsor ECase show application received and medical result has been received. We are April 2017 Applicant.

New request of medical was received on June 22 completed on June 28 Passed on June 30th
Voluntarily documents were mailed to LVO on July 5th regarding sponsor's visit to UAE and proof of ongoing communication

My wife submitted my sponsorship application on October 2016 with upfront med and on May 2017 I was req med test again.. how long before they request for my passport.. she's currently visiting me and my family in Pakistan with our baby..

Any advice?

hi we submitted medical upfront. Our medical will expires this September. Our Gckey was updated "We are reviewing the results of your medical exam" but it was attached a Medical Instruction and Medical Report. Do I need to re do my medical or are they reviewing my upfronr medical. Please advise. thank you
