The security related notes are retracted under s15/16 or there relevant provisions. See on the top right of the page if you see s15/16. Even when security is complete, the security retracted details are not disclosed. So you may have a filed which is approved and the security blanked.

I provided some additional documents through IRCC webform on July 5 and 13. I received my GCMS today, but there was nothing updated in the INCOMING section. Is that normal and how long will it take for additional documents to reach visa office and be reviewed by a visa officer?

Also the latest update in the notes section was on May 29. They haven't been working on my case for a while...

CSE can take 3-6 weeks to update. Its slow, very slow sometimes.

Yes, since in India, GET GCMS is not incorporated and in individual name.

I am CEC inland March AOR. I got my GCMS note few days before and the analyst gave me Eligibility under Review Required.

On my note, it said:
ANALYST RECOMMENDATION: Review Required MI2 SUMMARY NOTES: PLEASE READ CLIENT LETTER OF CLARIFICATION EDOC xxxxxxx ( <<< LOE to explain why I didn't submit ROE since I am still working with the company as parttimer at that time) & xxxxxxx ( <<< IRCC Web form to explain one question I've answered wrong and would like to correct it which is about UCI )
R87.1: CEC MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Review Required Ready to Finalize RPRF: Complete

Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) CRS Score at invitation to apply (ITA) 442 CRS points minimum score for round: 453 CRS score at application (APR): 453 / Verified CRS score: 442 ( <<< here the analyst made a mistake, the minimum score for round in fact is 441 but not 453 )

WORK EXPERIENCE: Letter appears to confirm employment in declared occupation throughout the specified period, and provides a job description which is consistent with the lead statement and main duties as set out in the declared NOC category.
Letter confirm full/time employment; - Documented Income provided: Both a T4 and a NOA from 20xx-20xx, Pay stubs from 20xx-20xx CEC Work: x years. CRS Canadian Work: x years.

The analyst didn't put anything about A11.2 on my note and my Eligibility is under review required... Is it because of that mistake? What should I do? How can I inform IRCC? By email??

What you see here is an analyst recommendation. However, you have met the CEC Minimum requirements, however, an agent will need to evaluate the clarification before a final determination is made.

If you would like to send any additional documents you can do that by raising a CSE.

On the note it said R87.1: CEC MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Review Required, is it mean they are considering my CEC eligibility?
I'm so confused... It seems nothing wrong based on the comment. I really don't kwon what caused Review Required expect from the mistake... Or maybe the analyst didn't want to evaluate my application and passed to next agent...

Beside raising a CSE can I also send them an email? If you think this is appropriated, what should I put as subject?

In my gcms there are blank pages and S16(1)(c) in the corner. Security status - not started. Does it mean that security is in progress or no? Also in the e-mail with gcms that I received it's written: disposition of records - disclosed in part.

The records are disclosed in part because of s16, and if your status page is blank, then the security is in progress.

My friend ordered gcms notes for me for the second time, but hasn't been asked to pay 5$ as first time. Does that mean he missed some option or system bug ?
He received confirmation letter though.

If your friend did not pay the fee, then most likely he ordered the notes under the Privacy Act, where an applicant can get access to his personal information for free, but this can only be availed by Canadian PRs and Citizens. For Privacy act, it is extended to people in Canada.
