I have no idea about Quebec. But i think that action required in online account is something normal. Has anyone's case progressed further without taking any action?

Hello, we are from Quebec and today we were able to link the application. Status shows Action required as well. We sent the undertaking on Friday 07/28.

When you say "we sent undertaking", does it mean that Quebec Immigration contacted you already? Can you, please, provide more details about your timeline? Merci!

By email. I think to both sponsor and sponsored person, I haven't reached that point yet. But you can check the status through ecas, which comes online only when they open your application (which is again after approx 30days of receiving your application.)

Thank you so much for the link. This is helpful. Just wondering what type of identification you used to check Ecas as they did not provide you with UCI yet, I guess. Also, do we have to use Sponsor's or sponsored person's name and birth?

Go with the Fees receipt # with either Sponsor or principal applicant details. or try Sponsor UCI and sponsor details. Both will end up to same thing.
btw, what date your application was received.?

Check my earlier post for some details regarding ecas. Multiple ways to search and pl do wait atleast 30 days before getting concerned

My application was received just yesterday. I was just curious about their reply time. I understand from your previous reply that I have to wait at least 30-50 days for it showing up on Ecas. And mail or email confirmation from them will take even longer to arrive. Thanks again.
