Hi I am sponsoring my wife. She has received medical and going to go through the process.

Today we recieved, another email stating she has to upload the IMM5569E document online. As well as a her birth certificate is being requested. When I log in to the account there are two documents which are being requested to be uploaded, one says replacement Birth Certificate and the other is the IMM5569E form.

A notorized copy of her Birth Certificate, was provided in the application package. A date to submit has been provided. I believe a scan of the original Birth Certificate will Do? If you could please respond it would be kind of all. Has anyone else received a request as this. Please help it is urgent.

The email from them would have the details. They would specify if you need to mail the copy, or upload a scan, etc. So I believe clear details would be mentioned in the email.

They send out PPR's in batches so don't worry you will get it soon.

Hey , i can check my file status on ecas but cant link my application to my cic account through Gckey. Can anyone tell me why this is happening to me.

I am sponsoring my wife. I would try to link the application to her account. It didn't work. One day, i tried linking it to my account, and it went through. Maybe you are having a similar issue?
