I guess we are both still waiting.

I called cic today and said PP went to printing room yesterday. I also asked if the application is approved (i meant in the system) and agent said when PPR is sent it means it's approved.

I think it takes approximately 12-13 days check on Monday I think you should get it by then

It seems to me that we are in the same boat. I am trying to understand how does CIC work.

I phoned them 2 times. 1 time was last Wednesday on 12. The agent told me that he can not confirm the passport receiving and advised me to call in 2 weeks if I not get passport back. It means on July 24. Second time was on July 20. I was told that passport was sent to printing room. As soon as visa will be stemped, then on the next day they will send it to me.

I think at this point we can just relax and wait. I was little worried about my photos but it seems they were ok since pp went to printing room.
I was planning on doing the landing next weekend, it might not happen but that's ok.

I hope so. I think we need a post PPR tracker as this seems to be taking time, especially for those submitting from US.

Not sure if it's a trend or not. I noticing that CEC Inland applicants are getting their COPR's faster than FSW-Inland, Outland, and PNP. Is this a tiered system?

When PPR email is sent, it means the application is approved. They just need to send COPR and print visa if needed. They can't update CIC account until the process is complete. What happens after PPR is just a formality, right?

If not we probably need to swtich from "wow I got the golden email" to "wow I got my COPR and passport back"

Tried calling CIC helpdesk, IVR lady said "no agent is available due to high volume of calls"

Anyone with similar timelines?

I have the exact same timeline as yours. I also mailed from Toronto.
I wonder why our application is still not approved on cic

I contacted CIC today and the agent said there's a delay in the printing process, but she would send a message to Ottawa since it should have been printed and status approved.

Does anyone have the same timeline?

Yah. Mine got delivered on July5.
