Guys, seems my application is stuck at CIO, Sydney. Got a reply that they are still processing it at CIO. But my additional documents shows " we do not need additional documents". Wish I could get an update. I'm officially worried. Been on NA since June 27th. :(:(:(

I was stuck in cio Sydney last when I checked 2 weeks back. At the same time, many of guys who got PPR here were already in Ottawa and many of the AOR was end April and May etc. So I think ours will be in cio till the end!

@infinix - even my visa office is CIO Sydney when I checked last. I'm going to call on Monday as well. I think our case will be processed completely there and go for only final decision and PPR to LVO. That's also probably why we are following a different timeline from the rest of the folks who have their PPR processed at ottawa. I know someone from UAE who went to IP2 last week and still no PPR yet since I don't think the case was processed at Ottawa. Ottawa is like a rocket. I think the rest of us probably have to wait till 100 - 120 days. I will call CIC on Monday and find out more details.

I still think our extended travel history is doing us in a bit here. @gurik has not travel history, so quite easy to make a decision on her India PCC only.

Morning all.. please I am a bit worried with my status.. time line below
AOR- may 10th
Medical passed- July 7
Ip1- July 7
Stream- fsw inland
On the 10th of July I got an update saying additional documents have been uploaded, it later changed to additional documents are being reviewed.. when I checked on the 14th of July it says "we do not need additional documents " .. but the strange thing is I am still on ip1 stage. What is the significance of "we do not need additional documents "??? Someone told me the message comes with the ip2 status.. I need your inputs please .

i just checked my application and it says need additional docs n to check my messages.. but i don't see anything below! does anybody know why?

previously i had a request letter for coc which i submitted and it was updated to uploaded n reviewed... was more than 3 weeks ago.

i changed to ip2 on the 10th and no ppr email so far... except the update above with no email or messages.. very puzzled!!

Yeah you maybe right here. Also I think Ottawa is also going fast as compared to CIO and LVOs...

If you don't see a letter for additional documents, it's definitely system glitch.

I wrote to CPC in the first week of July and got a response that my file was at CIO Sydney. @johnsyk as u rightly said i guess our files may continue to stay at CIO. There must be some criteria wherein certain files get pushed to Ottawa after the initial screening at CIO. But yeah this is all speculation and we can only hope for a positive outcome soon.
Now 3 weeks since NA post IP1 and i am getting super impatient and even worried.I want to know or get an update atleast on my eligibility as thats a concern for me.

It is said to be indicative of IP2 to be close. But @infinix has RPRF pending and still his shows same, so maybe a new system glitch also.

an email normally comes together with a request letter too right? haven't seen an email not message in the system.. or could it be late? it's the weekend and i'm not sure if there will be further updates

For knowing eligibility, better try calling them. Many applicants have got satisfactory replies.
Regarding file transfer to Ottawa, based on my research here on forum and tracker, i strongly believe it is only happening due to load sharing of applications. It was even written in @comfortablynumb's GCMS, do read his post. It gives some general insight into process. Also I believe most applicants to be transferred to Ottawa are Indians, due to enormous no. of applications from here I guess.

hey everyone
I am trying to locate @Prats6 post regarding his CoPR sate from PPR, but due to amazing number of posts, can't find it.
If @Prats6 is around here, or anyone else who remember the post, maybe @comfortablynumb and @jpv2212 , please tell me what documents did he sent through vfs and how many days it took for him to get back....

I am 18 days on IP1 and I can honestly understand how you feel. AOR May 20th. One can only wait now. Nothing more to be done.

I hope so. I will call CIC on Monday and I believe we will get a clearer understanding. I was made to understand there is no need to be worried. It might only take a bit of more time. Everybody wanted to be in Ottawa but it can't happen. Let's hang in there. It will be over soon.

If I'm not wrong we should submit
Passport
PPR letter
Photographs
Fees

We get it back in around 8 or 10 days. May be earlier than that
