HELP PLEASE ...
I just got my gcms notes ..in that it syas..

TEXT : CASE REVIEWED. INTERVIEW REQUIRED .
No evidence of relationship to return. Sponsor has submitted marriage certificate as proof of relationship ..As per current office protocol,notificationthat interview is required is not necessary .

what does this mean ?looks like they only got our marriage certificate ..but as a proof we sent picture, govt issued id with same address , our rent lease paper and so many things ..why they say that no proof of relation to return ..um really confused .. looks like they didnt got aanything except the certificate .. which is now leading the interview .. what should we do ? plz suggest

ordered the notes on May 29th and nothing so far. They asked for a new consent form since my husband's signature was different from his passport. But once we provided that form, nothing yet. Although June 30, July 1st e July 3th were holidays, I'm getting quite anxious.

After 65 Days post-AOR , I have requested my GCMS notes. I will get it within 30 days time. However, my medical is still not clear. I am not sure if it's a good idea to order GCMS notes before medical passed?

Current status is “background check is in progress” but below messages shows passed. Can someone help me to understand this GCMS note? When can I expect PPR request?

Send mail to your local visa office stating that in your notes all have been done and complete and ask when you will expect the decision...

i need your help i applied for my husband last year on 18th of July and i requested GMC notes which i recieved yesterday. In Notes it Says

Location: PA Put Away

what does it mean put away???

but in the begining in
medical status is Passed-expired because husband medical was done in june 2016. my question is they didnt ask for the second medical.
and in notes they put these comments:
File Reviewed: SPR is CC - resident in Cda. First marriage for both. Nikkah nama and translation on file. Satisfied with validity of marriage. Numerous Supporting documents provided as evidence of on-going relationship, the marriage appears to have taken place according to all traditional customs and whilst i note that sponsor is older then PA, on balance the clients appear a good fit. Spo has recently been resident with the PA in Pakistan and UAE, however has recently given birth to thier child in Canada. Birth Cert Submitted. Numerous post marriage photos provided in which the clients appear comfortable and at ease with one another. On balance, i am satisfied with the bfs of the relationship. No eligible dependents identified. Child born in Cda. Conditions apply. Eligibiity passed.

so everything is done why they are taking so long because last update was of 25th April and now its July. what u suggest should i ask them about decision because on file everything is complete and my son is 7 month old now and my husband want to see him. please reply asap. thanks
