Because you had a document request, I suspect you're actually going to be processed and land far ahead of that. When is your medical valid until?

Medical is valid until July 2018 I think.. (WHICH SCARES ME) it was requested 3 days before the 2nd set of requests (passport and resubmitting of Schedule A)

So, he wasn't inspected, nor his passport checked. Since he has been vetted here and is licensed.

the processing times site claims 106 days for paper applications. Crystal didn't open it, not inspect the paperwork. That will be done on day 106 probably about 25 minutes before they decide what to do with it.

Most with document requests are seeing DM's within about 60 days from the day they submitted the docs. So June 6 + 60 days ~= August 5nd.
