I had an interview on 27th june........visa officer told that she will review the file in that week. Is that the thing they say to everyone........What is the chance of refusing application after interview. Will they do it at that instant or later.........really worried

I think you are fine, you will get good news in a week, I've heard of people being refused right away. You didn't get refused so think positively!
