You can go on your own or you can appoint someone else in ur family on your behalf to submit your passport. 2 photographs , email print copy and fees.but you need to sign consent form.

I received an email about a new msg in my cic account .. and when i checked it by login in to my account I saw the msg of re-medical

You have to update your address to the visa office.
Sometimes they send you some documents by mail

My address is already updated with them.. when i log in to Ecas account it shows the address where i live. But for some reason on remedical form tthey have mentioned one of the old address I have lived... By the way I went for medical today only. and they didnt say anything.

Did you get remidecal request by e-mail? Or only in your GCkey account?
You can e-mail them and mention to correct your address in thier system.
