Let me refresh your logic, are you aware that min. CRS for OINP is going down and CIC itself announced the lowering of the bar to 400-ish through EE still in 2016. when we were expecting it to drop from 450! LOL dude you are seriously spreading misleading stuff. I call for a moderator to stop this. You are an immigrant snob!
Its just a matter of time when it will fall and you ll be eating your own words.
Go girl!!! Don't mess with croatian girls! Ever! ;)

In my EE profile i have listed all my employers of past 14 yaers, does that mean that i need to provide experience certificate for all the employers.

Or should i remove the experience and bring it to 10 years only.

Please advise.
CRS points for work experience gained outside Canada max out at 3 years...no real use in keeping any thing above it in work history as you will be expected to produce documentation without any benefit of additional points. You may better off keep ur relevant experience totalling 3+ years in work history and remaining u can update in personal history after ITA while filing eAPR.
Please check out the 'come to Canada tool' again giving ur work exp as 3 years and see if you still are eligible...if yes,you keep that experience alone in work history and remove the rest...spares you headache of documentation.

they issue NOI to recently created profiles only...and we don't expect the 66th cut off to be 403...So if you are keen on securing an NOI from Ontario, first go through their website to understand their requirements ($1500 non refundable in case ur application for nomination is finally rejected, somewhat tough documentation compared to normal eAPR (FSW)...it is available in their site..
that's why I said IELTS @ CLB 9 will increase ur score by 50+ points...go for it and step on it...:)

Too bad it caught my eye.. this is really beyond any normal comment and someone reading and not knowing any better might think he is right! People you just must not believe to what anyone is saying but investigate for yourself!!! I did, and I am not speaking this because I have read what someone said but looked into an official CIC presentation and projections.

Thanks lino.

I have updated my profile with 6 years of exerience because i have been working with my current employer for past years so for booth 3years and 6 years experience i would need certificate from my previous employer.

The current status suggests Processing update, how much time does it take for the changes to reflect in the profile

just ignore him. We all know that empty vessel makes more noise.
i am in this forum since nov 2015 very active but always silent reader, have seen so many people like him last year when CRS score was above 450.
they were so obstinate by saying CIC will never drop the score below 450 because they need people with excellent English skills and now after 6 months when CRS reached to 413 they are assuming 410 will be benchmark. they have to understand that English is just a language and not a measure of intelligence, not even in Canada.

everything is through EE and the regular draws...
after u (or ur rep / lawyer) creates ur EE profile you'll be ranked based on the CRS score, and U'll get an ITA if cut off is below ur CRS...
however, provinces can nominate profiles they are interested in and they decide whom to nominate & the criteria for selection...if any one province nominates you, they will send their nomination to CIC and on the basis of nomination, you will get 600 points extra which means automatic ITA in the very next draw...
at present Ontario is sending notifications of interest to profiles created very recently & having CRS 400...Ontario officials only know the criteria of selection and we will know only by re-creating ones profile... and if u withdraw the old EE profile and create a new one and find a notification of interest in your account, the next step is to approach Ontario to accept the interest...you have 6 months to do that and from the date of acceptance another 14 days to submit ur application to Ontario to nominate you...then they will process ur application & decide whether to nominate you or not and will convey the same to you and CIC...if they do nominate, your profile will show 'nomination received : yes' & CRS : 1003...and thereafter it is the regular process ...next draw comes and you'll anyway be above cut off and you get 90 days to file eAPR...
catches are
1. Stringent documentation to apply for nomination
2. $ 1500 non refundable fee along with application & yet no guarantee of nomination
3. You will have to stay in Ontario for X number of years post landing.
getting a nomination was a great back up plan when the cut off scores stayed near 500...now,not so much...
anyway,in ur sons case,IELTS @ CLB 9 band ( 8L & 7in RSW)..it will take him to 453+...
